THE PROCESS
Six easy steps

Gather Your Best 25
Up to 25 of your best pieces, folded into a tote, reusable bag, or box. No garbage bags, no hangers — items must be folded.

We'll Review Your Items — Same Day!
Please hang out in the store while we go through your bag — we'll send any "no thank yous" home with you. This process can take anywhere from 5 to 60 minutes. Please make time to wait.

Freshly Washed
Please make sure every item is freshly washed before you bring it in. Clean pieces sell first — we can't accept anything that still needs laundering.

Earn Account Credit
When your items sell, your account credit can be used anytime — or you can request a check or cash. Follow your account online to watch your items sell!

Drop Off Any Day
We start accepting at 11am each day we're open, until we hit our daily limit. Come as close to 11am as you can.

We offer a competitive, tiered consignment percentage. Please reach out to the store for current rates.

The questions everyone asks
"Why didn't my items sell?"
Trends shift, sizes move at different speeds, sometimes a piece just needs the right bestie. Your items will have a minimum of 60 days on the sales floor before being added into one of our HUGE discount sales. We will do everything we can to sell the pieces we accept. We'll always tell you straight.
"How many items can I bring?"
Up to 25 of your best pieces per drop-off — folded into a tote, reusable bag, or box. Please, no garbage bags.
"Why didn't I make more money?"
Resale prices run lower than retail — your payout is a share of the consigned price, not the original tag. Honest math — best leveraged as store credit to re-spend on more good finds.
"Do I need an appointment?"
Nope — we accept drop-offs daily during store hours, all seasons year-round. We do ask that you stay in the store while we review your items.
